In class five of his handstand series, Mariano Dolagaray mixes in more of the advanced matwork to build your control and upper body strength. This hard work makes all the difference when you practice your handstand drill at the end. Today’s drill is all about getting your hips over your shoulders using a wall. This key skill will teach you the art of going up without momentum so you can learn to balance without the wall.
