  • Full body extension: opens chest, spine & hips, strengthens back, seat & hamstrings
  • Connects arms to back and Powerhouse
  • Helps to reverse issues from too much flexion in daily activities
TIPS & CUES
  • Knees are positioned just off end of box, pad may be used for traction
  • Often done with a spot for feet. Spotter applies downward pressure on ankles
  • Press forward into the straps and extend upper back. Lift arms before head
  • Keep abs lifted to protect the low back
