- Helps to reverse issues from too much flexion in daily activities
TIPS & CUES
- Knees are positioned just off end of box, pad may be used for traction
- Often done with a spot for feet. Spotter applies downward pressure on ankles
- Press forward into the straps and extend upper back. Lift arms before head
- Keep abs lifted to protect the low back
