Tips & Cues
  • Keep carriage closed during transition from previous exercise
  • Use lift of Powerhouse and hips to initiate movement
  • Press out, undulate to plank, resist springs as carriage closes, undulate back up
  • Keep eyes looking toward feet as carriage returns
