Alisa starts the series focusing on the fundamentals. From there, each class adds new exercises and skills on top of what you’ve already learned. By the final class you’ll be able to do it all without breaks and stay focused on the details you’ve build throughout. This is a great place to start your Pilates journey or to come back to if you’ve been away from your practice.

In Class 2 you’ll continue strengthening your core with new exercises in the Stomach Series and learn how to add challenge or support to movements you’re already doing. This slow tempo session gives detailed information so you can hone your form and get a solid foundation. Alisa shares tips to adapt exercises to your body and activate any weak areas. She also describes what each movement does for your body so you’ll know what to focus on. This is a great class to do when you wake up in the morning or anytime your body needs a quick restore.
