TIPS & CUES
  • Teacher always has foot on pedal; add pad under pedal for petite client
  • Pelvis square, torso angled forward in same line as pedal leg
  • Keep bent knee lightly touching board, mid-knee lined up with mid-foot
  • Hands lightly over bar; add arm/s off only if can maintain pelvis square
  • Advance to Wunda Chair only if client can do 2 arms off with stable pelvis well
