When Romana introduced you to the chair she said, "This is the chair, and you are the electricity." Tiziana gives all of the variations of exercises on the High Chair (often called the Electric Chair) that Romana shared with her. These variations can help you understand what to look for when teaching the High Chair and why you might want to use one for a specific body need. The High Chair has the strongest springs in the Pilates studio and provides very specific support for exact alignment. Used to strengthen the legs, hips and the supporting muscles that surround them, the Electric Chair is a fantastic tool for beginners and advanced students alike.
