TIPS & CUES
- Safety: teacher always has foot on pedal, student mounts from front of chair
- Pelvis square; weight directly over standing leg; mid-knee lined up with mid-foot
- Standing leg hip will want to drop, cue to lift that hip toward ceiling to balance pelvis
- Cue to press pedal down with your leg; resist spring up with your leg
