Get ready to improve the body issues that block you from doing the Double Straight Leg Stretch and Open Leg Rocker on the Mat as well as the Coordination and Long Stretch on the Reformer. You’ll use a Tower or Cadillac in addition to a Small Barrel to improve your symmetry, anchoring, core strength and flexibility in your hips and legs.
