In Step 3 in the 6 Step Classical Mat series, Fabien Menegon introduces twisting movements to the workout you’ve been doing. You’ll learn why many people should skip the last move in the ab series, the Criss Cross, and what exercise you should be able to do well in order to add it to your workout (hint: you learned it in the last workout). In addition, you’ll work the steps to the Saw, which is the exercise you add on when you have a good Spine Stretch Forward. Keep repeating the skills you’re able to do for each new movement and the goal of the exercise will gradually happen for you!
