TIPS & CUES
  • Student stands on edge of chair, holding handles lightly for balance
  • Keep body lined up directly over ankle throughout movement
  • During bending of knees, ensure knees stays lined up with middle of foot
  • Keep pelvis vertical as knees bend and straighten
