In this short video, Jay demonstrates the 2 x 4 exercises (which can be done on a 2 inch by 4 inch piece of wood, or anything equivalent—in this case the pedal of an Electric Chair). Learn how your feet connect to your center and how an even balance of strength and flexibility in your lower limbs can make you feel solid as a rock.
