Build the Pilates body of your dreams with the 7 Step Classical System. The original Pilates system goes beyond the Reformer and Mat to target your imbalances using the full studio apparatus. The workouts in this series are meant to be done in conjunction with Fabien's 6 Step Classical Mat & 8 Step Classical Reformer for optimal results. When done together, each step gives you a complete body makeover by balancing out your stiff and weak spots, asymmetries and neuromuscular coordination. Equipment needs: most of the workouts in this series can be done with a Tower, Wall Unit or Cadillac. You’ll also need a Small Barrel for Step 2. The logical approach presented in this series comes out of Fabien’s 25 years of experience training real people.
