Class four in Amy Berger’s Standing Balance series progresses with head and eye movements. Since much of your balance is controlled by your brain, eyes and inner ear, changing your head position is a challenging skill to master. You’ll want to do this as homework when you’re waiting in line, brushing your teeth, washing the dishes as well as the new arm and twisting movements you’ll learn today.
