You might already be noticing improvements in your balance and in class three in her Standing Balance series. Amy Berger begins adding in movements you use in daily life to challenge what you’ve practiced so far. This class adds the essential skills of bending your knees and rising up onto your toes which is wonderful for the strength of your feet and legs and doing this regularly improves balance dramatically.
