This series is great for your de-conditioned, senior or clients recovering from injury or surgery who need to rebuild strength in the arms and proper alignment in the shoulders and arms. Done lying down on the Cadillac first, you’ll train your client without weights for a while and once they have gained strength, add weights and eventually move them to sitting upright on the side of the Cadillac.
