Can’t tell if you’re using your stomach muscles correctly in Pilates? This class is for you. Victoria shares a series of preparatory exercises that will help you isolate and feel your entire core working together. She then takes her student Seran through increasingly difficult series of exercises on the Cadillac focused on integrating the skills from the prep exercises. This deep work is well worth the concentration it requires because you’re building correct alignment and muscle memory that pays off in future workouts.
