Michael leads this workshop with the idea that Pilates was created on a man's body. As a teacher you'll learn ways to deepen the work for men and your clients will get appreciate the extra attention to the shoulders and legs. Joe Pilates trained boxers (he had a glass eye from a boxing match himself) and Michael teaches several exercises that were used to keep boxers necks strong using a simple foot strap and leg springs. The workout finishes with some well-deserved hip stretches over a Small Barrel for his student, Pilatesology's Jack Coble.
