    I have done variations with the magic circle but have not place it under the legs while doing leg circles, single leg stretch and double leg stretch. I like the feeling of having the arms connected and drawing the shoulders down while performing the exercise. Thank you for that variation and the great explanations of how the magic circle enhances the exercises.

      Thanks a lot for your comment. Yes indeed it helps to stabilize the shoulder girdle also help certain to deepen the core muscle.
