Andrea's two tricks for addressing the full standing body include 1) connecting the arms into the back and 2) making use of the floor as an apparatus with the help of a 2x4.     Andrea,
    I love this video! I was able to connect my back and stomach through the standing arms, which is very challenging for me. I was also able to pull my shoulders down my back and lift up, which was a surprise for me. I couldn’t quite circle my legs like Sandy, but I gave it a go.

    Andrea this mini workshop on the arm and back connection is a wonderful tool illustrating skill building for those crazy moves we strive for. Wasn’t on this video but I will use this sequence in developing a connection for my nemesis, the Star! Ugh! I wish you could have seen my hanging leg circles….not too bad! You rock! Thanks!

    Thanks for that Andrea. From repeated shoulder injurys and strength imbalances, keeping the arm connection with the back is sometimes a challenge for me. I got some great tips from you on how to maintain that. Great work!
