    I have one question. Why no scooter? I can see the scooter doing with flat back, upper back supported from hands on the footbar, working for the gluteal.

      Hi there,
      We did do ‘scooter’ at the very end of the session on the reformer. Perhaps you know a different ‘scooter’?
