Jay often uses the Ladder Barrel to help those with back issues and it's worth noting that Deena, his student for this video, had a sore back before they began and after doing these lengthening and balancing exercises, her back felt much better.     I love the upper back arch under the shoulder blades…a hands on Jay gave me on T allowed me to finally figured it out in my own body (I think I made a noise like a tennis player! Thank you Jay!
