With this second part in her series on the Ladder Barrel, MeJo takes Jack (he’s half of the team behind Pilatesology, along with his wife, Alisa Wyatt) through a whole series that she applies to him as she would for any athletic man with Pilates experience. Exercises covered here include the Swan Dive, Short Box, a version of the Saw, Standing Hip and Leg Stretches, Side Bends, the ‘Poisson’ or Fish, and a Handstand.
