With this second part in her series on the Ladder Barrel, MeJo takes Jack (he’s half of the team behind Pilatesology, along with his wife, Alisa Wyatt) through a whole series that she applies to him as she would for any athletic man with Pilates experience. Exercises covered here include the Swan Dive, Short Box, a version of the Saw, Standing Hip and Leg Stretches, Side Bends, the ‘Poisson’ or Fish, and a Handstand. Throughout this session, MeJo's simple cues and eye for alignment inform the way she sets Jack up for each exercise and will help you see and understand how to get the most out of your Ladder Barrel.
