  • Hips lift to create one long line from heel to shoulder
  • Stretches chest, shoulders, back of leg from heel to hip
Tips & Cues
  • Fingers and thumbs together on bar, wrists straight to prevent strain
  • Keep chest open, eyes forward and up, shoulder blades pulling toward each other
  • Bend arms, rotate pelvis to feet, push out, press hips up, keep one long line to return
  • Use box against shoulder blocks for students under 5'2"
