Tips & Cues
- Fingers and thumbs together on bar, wrists straight to prevent strain
- Keep chest open, eyes forward and up, shoulder blades pulling toward each other
- Bend arms, rotate pelvis to feet, push out, press hips up, keep one long line to return
- Use box against shoulder blocks for students under 5'2"
