Are you overworking your abdominals and creating compression in your spine? Blast past the plateaus in your movement practice with Core Power Connect. This ten class series is amazing cross training for athletes of any kind and those with strong Pilates practices who feel stiff, stuck or out of alignment. Your journey begins with a skills tutorial that will help you avoid mistakes that create tension in the body. Using your new skills you’ll then progress through simple Pilates mat workouts all the way to advanced movements in the final classes. The series finishes with Reformer, Tower and Wunda workouts as well. Get ready to feel stronger yet more relaxed with catlike ease and power.
