Wunda School

Watch the preview

The secret to results on the Wunda chair is not cheating by letting the springs do the work for you. Blossom teaches instead how to use the springs to work more deeply and boy will you feel it! She also offers tips to understand what her own teacher, the late Kathy Grant, who was certified by Joe Pilates, looked for from her students. PROPS: Blossom uses a tennis ball as a prop, if you don’t have one handy you can make a fist or hold a balled up washcloth. Visit Blossom at her studio in Brooklyn, NY at Bridge Pilates.
