    There was some very nice technical instruction here to ensure good execution of each exercise.
    I particularly, liked the variations/options for lowering to the mat and the challenge to getting back up again.
    The Control Balance work exhibited by Joie was so nicely executed, in that she clearly demonstrated how to lift her hips up and over, but working to maintain the lift as Instructed. Very difficult.
    Also, her control on the roll down was a delight.
    Joie to my mind is a talented and wonderful Practitioner.
