Join MeJo for a Tower session that will leave you feeling strong, long, and worked out all over. You’ll likely discover a new respect for the simple genius of Joe’s springs, as well as MeJo’s brilliant cues, as the session moves from mat work to Leg Springs, Arm Springs, Push Through Bar, Roll Back Bar and more. MeJo’s talent for applying the work to the needs of her client (Nikki, who is a Pilates Instructor herself) is inspiring here for how much she manages to wring out of her skilled student. Whether you’re an Instructor looking for inspiration for your next class or simply looking to get a great workout yourself, this session delivers. Filmed at Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates™, New York, NY

What a wonderful teacher. I really appreciated all the hands on cueing, and not so verbal over-cueing. It was also great to see Nikki working! Thank you kindly MeJo. Sue

Thanks so much, Mejo! Great class. I had never seen the parakeet before. With the monkey, is that a reverse monkey? Would you do it facing out of the cadillac if you were to do on the caddy?

As a mat only practitioner may I ask a questions please, as I like to fully understand the detail in the work and its origins.
OPEN LEG ROCKER You ask Nikki to “lift” her body when she comes up, effectively, coming out of her “C” curve in the spine, to straighten up and out from the hip bones. From a Purely Classical viewpoint where did the “lift” element originate?
May I say, it looked to me as a – “great work and effort” Nikki. Thank you Pilatesology for making this famous teacher available to the home practitioner.
