Victoria uses deep isometric work in your muscles to create oppositional forces that will realign your frame. For athletes and those wanting to perform at an optimal level this recovery work is critical because moving with correct alignment allows you to move efficiently without strain, as well as flushes the system of lactic acid and muscle soreness. Filmed at Pilates on 66th, Victoria’s studio on NYC’s Upper East Side.
