    This Gentleman is quite special to my mind, in that he is probably the only Romana Trained Teacher, to the best of my knowledge, who has devoted so many years practicing and Teaching the Matwork. His understanding and capability is immediately apparent, as I follow him through on my mat with the 2lbs leg weights he has described. I am intrigued to learn his knowledge of the Anatomy of the movements, and how the exercises work within the body.
    One of the Best I have ever seen.
