    Really good to see the Instructor demonstrate what she is looking for in these exercises.That sort of thing is really teaching how to find it in your body I believe.
    The Gentleman in black to the front has wonderful ability.
    Of particular interest to all of us who don’t have the luxury of such a piece of apparatus, perhaps, Dorothee Vandewalle might consider, giving us a free standing class showing these exercise, as she did at the end for STAR prep?
    Now that would be a first and a winner.
