    OMG! The Wonderful Duet of Mejo, as Teacher and Alisa as her Grasshopper — What a Perfect Team! Fabulous and very emotional to watch and feel as both of you dance thru each movement!     Ok MeJo and Alisa, I did this one with you, and it’s different for me, I’m only 5’2, however, I worked it out…and then we got to the last stretch…hello!!! I got scared, so I pushed mine so that the ladder was up against the wall….fun;))) Thank you both so much!!

    Alisa is just the best !
    Can you possibly give us variations of these exercises that can be done on the Mat or in Standing, but ,without Apparatus……Please ALISA!!

    Ladder barrel has always been my favorite piece of apparatus. Fixes me right up. Really enjoyed this whole series, the various bodies used in Part 1 all the way through to this one, Part 4.
