    Another great one, Victoria. This was my first attempt at Pilates after a scary surgery. It’s not so bad starting again when you get to hone in on the great ideas you give. Love the arms pulling apart to anchor the back in single leg stretch, it helped align my left leg, no doubt a very funny affect of what has been going on in my body. Thanks for sharing so much. I’m thinking I’m going to try your teaser program too, now that I’m whole again.

    Great breakdowns and progressions. I really loved how you could hear Mari’s breathing, knowing how hard she was working her muscles and lungs!
