In this Cadillac session, Sonjé Mayo works with her student Lea Scherrer to build stability in the pelvis. For Lea this means dealing with her overly lordotic low back, so the focus is all about creating length in her low back and mobility in her upper back. Watch and you’ll learn so much your head will spin. For lessons, workshop requests and Schroth work, visit Sonjé at http://Sonjé Filmed at Pilatesology Studio.

Sonjé, this is beautiful. I am so touched not only by your fabulous teaching, but also your kind and supportive presence. Lea is an amazing student, too. I struggle with lordosis and this helped me tremendously. Thank you!

Hello beautiful why do you think that some people can never or at least not yet can not get the tail bone long I see it a lot on frog and leg circles how should I address it as an instructor xoxo

It requires patience my dear and maybe a small prop in the back to give them some length. Also keep the legs higher with leg springs until they have developed the strength to stabilize the pelvis…..keep persevering guapa!
