    Alisa, really enjoyed your demonstration of the aeroplane exercise. So strong! Had to give it a go and used two garden posts to hold onto…it worked fine. Great exercise.

    No, it didn’t show! Sometimes if a sudsy cleaning solution is used to clean the mats, it must leave a bit of a soap film because I notice that I’ll create bubbles under me from the perspiration and soap mixture! How lovely!

      Love it when that happens, especially when makeup gets mixed in there. Makes me glad I didn’t choose a light colored mat!

      Thank you! I remember I got really sweaty as this workout went on and kept having to really hold it together so I didn’t slide of the mat. Glad it didn’t show too much.
