Join Karen as she covers the idea that the legs connect to the body at the waist and that stretch continues all the way down to the feet. This is one of the most difficult concepts to feel in the body so Karen shows where it takes place in several different exercises and apparatus. She starts on the Reformer with the Long Backstretch exercise, then flips the body over using the same idea with the Pelvic Lift and Control Balance Reverse. Taking this concept to another apparatus, Karen shows how to achieve the low body stretch during the Pull Up on the Wunda Chair as well as the Leg Press Down. Karen finishes on the Cadillac with the Tower exercise. Discover how your legs stretch from your waist to your toes and you'll feel more supported and stable in all exercises.
