Victoria demonstrates two common alignment issues and then shows basic Pilates exercises to illustrate how Pelvic alignment affects movement in the rest of the body, particularly the spine.     Thank you so much for this session! I used the concepts this morning with a client who has been struggling with pelvic instability. I put her on the chair and then did legs springs and she was getting the connection. Then we went over to do her intermediate reformer and it all just clicked! All of her exercises improved.
