In class 4 of our No Flexion Mat series Alisa Wyatt takes you to the mat right away with another challenging sequence. Keep in mind that many of these exercises are even harder when your head is down so you're really creating deep strength in your core. Alisa moves you quickly through the matwork with fresh variations for your inner thighs, hip stability, chest opening and more.
