In class 3 of her No Flexion Mat series, Alisa Wyatt puts the focus on your arms, coordination, pelvic stability and balance. Grab a set of light weights (1 - 2 lbs) and start out with standing arm work followed by a challenging mat sequence that works your entire body top to toe. Class finishes with a series of squats that target your lower half and a new balance challenge. These classes are meant to be repeated often to create posture and stability so come back and enjoy the practice of staying strong for life! PROPS: 1-2 lb. arm weights, 2 hand towels, a bath towel, and wall space to lean against. This workout is part of our No Flexion Intermediate Mat Series.
