If you love the Wunda chair, you’ll love this workout! With an emphasis on legs, glutes and opening the chest you’ll cram 25 exercises into a short time frame. Exercises include: Footwork, the Hundred, Swan Dive 1 and 2, Teaser, Mermaid Sitting and Kneeling, Horseback, Tendon Stretch with 1 leg side, Table, Push Down Standing and Kneeling on Chair, Mountain Climber, Pull Up, Flying Eagle, Corkscrew, Leg Push Down Series: Front, Side & Back, Stretch/Press Down Teaser, and Backward Arms.

    I get that I am way late to this chair party, but I had my the metal taken out of my ankle in 2012 and then I tore my rotator cuff and then I broke my arm so I’m just able to actually able to do all these things again fairly decently. I love that Angel is a real person with real challenges and not just floating through these without any challenge at all, this was a brilliant class.

    Great mix of intermediate and advanced had me working deeper for the easier exercises and balance on the difficult ones. I combined this with your 10 minute magic circle mat for a solid 50 minute session!

    Great comprehensive and varied workout for every muscle and joint ! ! Great to see how the small Wunda Chair can be used for such a wide ranging overall treatment for the body. Great cuing which made it clear that with correct form this chair can be a difficult challenge and is probably never completely masterable ! Thankyou Alisa and Angel for coming up with a much needed longer length video on the Wunda Chair. Please keep them coming as I’m sure there is much more still that can be performed on this little Wunda.

    NIce! But not sure about ending on the ‘Hands Back’ extension?

      That’s a great point, Reverse Arms or Hands Back is an exercise I wouldn’t usually finish with. In this workout I chose it because Angel needs to work on lifting and opening her upper body so I used it at the end and then stood her up so she could translate the lift to a standing posture.
