    Great class, especially the teaser!! Whew, it’s a real challenge to open that part of my body. It’s taken a couple of years to do this teaser on the with my knees bent (progress!!). Finally my toes are off the wall :-))

      Body kind, yay! That is how I like to work too. Get to the point and work hard at it. Nuance is great too, but sometimes the body just needs discipline 🙂
