    Hi Alisa,

    I have a question: could I do the short box exercises without the reformer, with the box on the ground? I have a springboard with a foot strap attached to it. If I sit on the box with my foot or feet under the strap, would it be the same?

      Hi Estherderksen,
      Yes you can do the short box on the ground–the biggest difference will be that your heels might be on the floor but that’s ok, just work all the details as you would on the Reformer and you’ll get a LOT out of it!
