Brett’s favorite apparatus is the Wunda Chair and it just might be yours too after this workout. You’ll practice more exercises than you knew were possible, including the Headstands and all kinds of fun variations that he learned from his mentors. The hour will be over before you know it, enjoy the ride!  Filmed at Brett Howard's studio, The Pilates Haus in Jersey City, NJ.

Good Golly Miss Molly! Well, I’ve watched, and done the 1st half trying to work up the cajones to attempt the 2 nd half….I have never seen some of these moves, I’m prepared to laugh at myself as I struggle through:))

How wonderful to see Brett deliver the teachings purely without filling the class up with
his own personality. So glad he is out in the world teaching at all those conferences. When he came to the Florida Intensive to study with myself and Jay Grimes I was impressed with his
humility, and he never showed off his skills, he quietly just absorbed, a great quality for being a teacher as he lets the class be about the student. So happy to see this class.
Learned a few new transitions, always exciting, Only suggestions…
spray that Wunda Chair so it doesn’t squeak!!!!!! and, “sitz” is bath salts, there are no
    SITZ bones.

This was a great class – really liked how you described all the more standard exercises and it was so good to see other rarely seen exercises like the headstands and variations from other former student of Joe Pilates. Thank you so much!

Awsome! Enjoyed learning some new variations I’d never seen and knowing who they originated from. Also got a fresh perspective and some new ideas on how string the exercises together to create a full workout. Thank you!

Love that they flowed through all the exercises doing just a few reps of each exercise and kept it moving. Very clear cueing.

Four star workout! Amazing! I can’t believe how many variations I had never seen! The cues were great, simple but very precise, the flow very natural. The workout looked HARD! I felt sorry for the guy, doing all those one-legged pullups (hé did an amazing job of it, though – both of them). Today I just watched. Tomorrow, i’m actually going to do the workout, or at least try!

A Master of the subject goes to work. So unassuming. Never seen anything like this.
Thank you Mr Howard for sharing, and thank you Pilatesology for making it possible.
