His student Arathi is 36 weeks pregnant and this is an appropriate workout for anyone who has been practicing Pilates regularly at an Intermediate/Advanced level before becoming pregnant. Brett goes over key information that every instructor needs to be aware of such as how to prevent Diastis Recti and what exercises are safe to give a pregnant woman as well as what may need to be adjusted for a pregnant body.
