      Thanks my friend! Yes those crazy pants are from K-Deer and they are faves of mine because they don’t squish your stomach too tight but they stay on during Stomach Massage :).

    Transitions are as important as the exercises and are part of them. The short videos of Alysa are very good because they are very specific, I love them
