In this brilliant hands-on session, Moses demonstrates how to work with different body types when teaching the Rowing Series on the Reformer. He takes 4 different bodies, from stiff shoulders to floppy ones, and shares valuable insight on how to know whether your student is working within their safe range of motion or if they are collapsing some other part of the body instead. As Moses points out, there's no one cookie cutter way to teach this exercise, it all depends on the individual needs of the body you're working with. Visit Moses at Access Pilates.
