    Bahahahahaha! I sooo needed this laugh today! I watched it 3 times just now.

    FYI, I learned when you wrap a mat around the torso, it’s the whole burrito rather than the whole enchilada. Guess it depends on whether you have sauce or not. 🙂

    So wonderful! I was taught this as “the whole enchilada”, while “Shebang” referenced poor control of the carriage.😘

      Yes- this is correct- the whole enchilada is another name for the exercise. I have seen variations of the whole enchilada where you wrap a mat around the torso for more support.
