In this workout you’ll practice many exercises with a heavier spring tension to challenge your physicality but also with a discipline of mind and emotion. Peter’s cues will illuminate the way you experience your own body and change your mind on how you think about being fit. Having trained with First Generation teachers Romana Kryzanowska and Kathy Grant, Peter brings an expert knowledge of the Pilates vocabulary and his variations will likely make your workout feel brand new.
