      Hi leslie! I miss you! Yes in this workout one high one low. However with someone more petite I would possibly consider adjusting to 2 low. I hope you are healthy and safe!

    Wow, Victoria, this workout really went deep into the powerhouse and legs. Looks easy but it isn’t.
    Loved the alignment cues and slow pace. Very effective!!
