If you want the intensity of a Reformer workout but you don’t have a Reformer, this is the workout for you! All you do need is a mat, socks, arm weights (a water bottle is a good substitute) a long pole (optional) and a towel because you’re going to sweat a lot; Albert was soaked by the end. It’s best to have a surface that you can slide your feet on so make some space at the end of your mat. Enjoy!
